Richard Panzarasa is the owner and founder of the PANZARASA GROUP. He has 30 plus years experience in key areas such as technical, marketing, sales, creative, and management. Through his experience and executive positions including being president of a division of a leading global company, he has become part of the inner circle of several industries and has hundreds of close contacts worldwide. Richard, in addition to serving the flavor, fragrance, and toiletry and cosmetic industries by securing successful employees for his clients, also does consulting work and coaching. His consulting assignments have centered around strategic planning, profit optimization and sales development. Prior to founding the PANZARASA GROUP Richard made significant contributions as an executive to ROURE (Now Givaudan), Robertet and Mane.
